Dispatch Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Bulk and project orders may require additional lead time — our team will confirm an estimated delivery date when you place a large or custom order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Bulk and pallet orders may be quoted separately — contact us on WhatsApp or by phone for a delivery quote before ordering.

Bulk & Freight Orders

Large orders (full pallets, bulk tile/material orders, or heavy equipment) are typically delivered via freight partners and may require site access information or a forklift/offloading facility at the delivery address. Our team will coordinate delivery details with you directly.
